These terms govern your use of the Ivefe website at ivefe.co.uk (the “Website”). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Ivefe is currently a research-stage project. We do not yet offer a commercial product or service. The Website exists to share information about the problem we are exploring and to collect voluntary research input from UK construction professionals.

The Website provides:
- Information about payment challenges faced by UK construction subcontractors
- A description of what we are exploring as a potential product
- A research form where visitors can voluntarily share their contact details and experience
The Website does not provide any software product, financial service, legal advice, debt collection service, credit facility, or payment processing.

- An accounting or tax advisory service
Nothing on this Website constitutes financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to take any specific action regarding debts, payments or legal claims. If you need professional advice on any of these matters, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.
